Had a lovely two-night stay with my family in a cozy two-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge area after a day of exploring, and the small kitchen corner was super handy for snacks. The only downside was that the pillows weren't great, but for the price and everything else, it was a solid choice! 😊

pillow was super comfortable, I who suffer from cervicals was a pillow that fit perfectly. Location, neighborhood and nearby means of transportation were also great. We had near the commercial center of the biggest of Europe, hard rock, monkey bar and many more stores, it was a calm neighborhood
They didn't change our towels daily, supposedly we had to pay a plus that at no time is indicated on the web. We met 4 different receptionists, only nice one was the lady from the first day who also seemed to be the oldest. others neither greeted nor looked at you, when I went to ask for the towels it almost ate me. then the room service the first day our room had the two separate beds, because they made my boy's bed and mine they left it just as it was but they folded my pajamas, I thought was super weird and I didn't like it. For that, I prefer not to have them in my room (between that and towels haha). the shared bathrooms had the fault that it was only a shower so you had to close the whole bathroom for yourself. Thank God there wasn't too much traffic when we got up at 7:00 but..

The location is great - and easy access from Tegel on the X9 to the Zoo Station stop - and then a short 2-3 block walk... Hotel itself is right in middle of everything and 1 block from UBahn...

The location was really good.
When I made the reservation I specified that the credit card I was using was just as a warranty of the booking and I did not wanted to be charged on it, I was about to pay in cash at my arrival. But when I arrived, they told me they had already charged on the credit card, even dough it was specified not to do it. The walls in the room were a bit dirty. The pillows were terrible :s

The hotel is very quiet and ideally located to get around the city. The buffet breakfast was very good and the hotel is open 24 hours.
To be aware of what times can get valuables out of safe. A change of towels would have been good. Apart from that which is minimal it was a good hotel.

Hotel Ansbach is a simple, clean and very well priced hotel in an excellent location in the centre of West Berlin. Hotel to Deutsche Oper on the U-Bahn took approximately 15 minutes. Excellent and convenient travel options from Wittenberg Platz. It is a no frills hotel but it did have a phone in the room and breakfast was included. Suited me perfectly for my requirements!

Fancy and newly renovated venue, handy location adjacent to that huge park, several conferences and a huge shopping street with plenty of food options close by, truly enjoyed our stay. We got large and brand-new single room with big private bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Just a couple of minutes away from the KaDeWe department store and the Zoo. Easy access to U2 Wittenbergplatz and nearby buses made exploring Berlin very simple. The room was clean and well-maintained, great for a comfortable stay. Breakfast featured an enjoyable buffet with boiled eggs, fresh rolls, and good coffee, perfect for starting the day. Despite the positives, some improvements are needed. At times, it felt cramped and outdated. The absence of a sociable reception area made it less inviting to interact with other guests. Wi-Fi had inconsistent service , frustrating when I needed to plan my day. Despite a few setbacks, I appreciated the central location and pleasant accommodations.

The location is really advantageous for exploring key attractions.
The room was dirty, with stains on the walls and the bedding. I often found myself uncomfortable due to an unpleasant odor lingering in the atmosphere, which overshadowed any potential relaxation I could achieve.

good location but questionable cleanliness
The location is superb, just a short walk to major attractions and sights. The room was spacious, awesome for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the small kitchen area, easy to prepare snacks after long days of exploring. My family felt right at home thanks to these amenities.
The overall cleanliness did not meet expectations.

Good location, costs its money, staff is friendly, room and beds are clean
Wi-fi is not good in rooms as it mentioned, You have to go to the corridor where an amplifier is fixed. Toilet one on each floor, but always clean and vacant ))
